β¨ Before I even talk about the food, I have to give major props to the service. Compared to similar restaurants on the island, this place is truly outstanding. When we told our server that we were in a rush, he assured us that the kitchen would make sure everything was timed perfectly (it was the fastest Italian restaurant Iβve ever seen!). Even with the time constraint, they didnβt skip any stepsβchanging plates and portioning were all done perfectly. π β¨ Every single dish we ordered was a hit: π For the appetizers, we had the meatball and La Baia salad. The flavors were perfectly balanced and delicious. π₯π₯ π For pasta, we went with Frutti Di Mare and Spaghetti Vongole & Bottarga. Both were absolutely amazing! The seafood was perfectly cooked.
