New York Pan-fried Buns --Baodega 小杨生煎

1️⃣ Pan-fried Buns 🥟 Their pan-fried buns are the kind with thin skin and generous filling. The bottom is fried to a crispy perfection, and the meat inside is rich in juices. We ordered the original flavor, but there was a hint of crab roe in the filling (maybe the boss served us the wrong one? 🤔). 2️⃣ Yellow Croaker Noodles 🍜 I highly recommend this! The bowl comes with four large pieces of yellow croaker, with the skin pan-fried to a golden and crispy fragrance! The noodles are very saucy, and the soup is thick and full of the freshness of the fish, also containing pickled vegetables and green peas. I drank the whole bowl to the last drop. A friend from Shanghai said that a good bowl of yellow croaker noodles can be quite expensive back home. The value for money here is quite fine. 3️⃣ Roast Duck Buns The skin of their roast duck is particularly crispy! Many large restaurants can't achieve such a crispiness. The meat is thickly sliced, and the portion is generous.
