New York Peruvian Cuisine | Delicious Seafood Rice 🍣
Ever since I visited Miami, I’ve been a fan of Peruvian cuisine. I even made a special trip to DC to try their famous Peruvian dishes. 🐟 I’ve always wanted to try this New York Peruvian place, and with a friend’s recommendation, I decided to give it a go after work on a Friday. 🍴 Mission Ceviche 📍 7 E 17th St, New York, NY 10003, United States In addition to this location near Union Square, they have another branch in the Upper East Side. On a Friday night, the place was packed—mostly with foreigners, so I’d recommend making a reservation in advance. Their portions are quite refined, so feel free to order a variety of dishes. 🐙 I ordered the Peruvian specialty ceviche, the seafood mixto. It’s tangy and sweet, making for a very refreshing taste. I particularly loved the fried shrimp 🍛, which were super fragrant, and the octopus 🐙 and shrimp were very chewy. The mahi-mahi 🐟 was just okay. #NewYork 🌟
