What Dinner Looks Like Tonight π Today, we're diving into the third - best pizza in the US and the 11th - best in the world! I'm not quite sure what criteria they used for this ranking, but since it's got such a big reputation, we had to give it a try. π Capricciosa π This pizza has a tomato base topped with mushrooms, olives, artichokes, and a super - thick layer of cheese! It's incredibly tempting. πThe mushrooms are a crowd - pleaser, but the artichokes and olives have a pickled flavor, kind of like sauerkraut...? But it's not too strong! I actually really liked it, though my friend wasn't as big a fan. So, take that into consideration when ordering! Ribalta π Named after the restaurant, this pizza feels like a signature item. It's cheese - based with some vegetable puree and ground meat on top. It has a pretty unique flavor. It can get a bit heavy if you eat too much, but it's still very aromatic. Basil Pesto Gnocchi π₯ ππΈ We heard great things about their gnocchi online, and they offer both basil and black truffle flavors. We went with the basil version! The gnocchi are smaller than I expected, but they're soft and chewy, with a great texture. The combination of basil and creamy sauce is both rich and refreshing.
