KestΓ© Pizza e Vino I never expected to find such amazing pizza in the food desert of FiDi. No exaggeration, this place looks like it was transported straight from Italy. As soon as you step in, you're greeted with the aroma of wood-fired dough and a complex blend of cheese, mushrooms, and pistachio. There are plenty of seats, and you don't even need a reservation during peak hours. The menu is super long, with every pizza combination you could possibly imagine. 1οΈβ£ Pistachio Sausage Pizza πππππ The first bite was nothing short of stunning. The nutty aroma is rich, the sausage is perfectly greasy, and there's plenty of cheese. To be honest, I wasn't very interested in savory pistachios before, but this pizza completely changed my mind. The crust is almost perfect, except for a few slightly overcooked spots, which just add to the wood-fired flavor. π 2οΈβ£ Prosciutto Truffle Margherita ππππ Margarita is usually a must-order for me, and this place has so many innovative versions that I want to try them all. While this one isn't as mind-blowing as the first, it's still very good. The buffalo mozzarella is abundant and creamy. The prosciutto is just the right amount, not too salty, but the truffle flavor could be more pronounced. #NewYork ππ
