New York Ramen - Nishida Sho-Ten π
This is a classic Hakata ramen shop in New York! π The place is small and cozy, and as soon as you walk in, the friendly lady greets you warmly and seats you. I ordered the Black Ramen, which is made with black garlic and pork bone broth. This is like their second signature dish! The noodles are chewy and bouncy, the char siu is perfectly cooked, and the broth is rich and flavorful. No wonder theyβve been around for so long! π The service is amazing! The lady working there is super enthusiastic. When she saw me looking at the drink menu, she told me to come with friends next time and order a big bottleβit would be more fun! π I went there on a Saturday noon, and people kept coming in. It seemed like many were regular customers, and the lady knew exactly what they liked. Great service indeed! π Iβve been to more and more ramen shops lately.
