Highly recommend the New Tokyo Ramen! The first time I tried it, I was completely blown away—it was like a heavenly bowl of ramen! I immediately turned into Little S with her sandwich face expression, saying "Daaah!" 🍔 The combination of char siu, shiso, and truffle sauce is incredibly flavorful and layered. The flavors blend together so harmoniously. The broth is clear and just the right amount of oily, not overly rich. Each ingredient is perfectly cooked on its own, especially the char siu, which is richly aromatic and charred to perfection—you can tell it’s freshly carbon-grilled. It’s the perfect bowl of ramen in my book! 🍜 For those who love a bit of spice, I also recommend adding an extra portion of their spicy sauce.
