āļø Chicken Alla Griglia This chicken cutlet is incredibly delicious, beyond my expectations! The skin is exceptionally crispy, while the inside is incredibly tender and juicy. Looking at the fibers, it seems to be a mix of both thigh and breast meat, but when you close your eyes, you canāt tell the difference at all. Thereās no dryness or stringiness that you often get with chicken breast in other restaurants. Itās truly tender and juicy, just like the best thigh meat (even more so than in a chicken sandwich!). The thick sauce underneath is super fragrant, with almost-melted bits of onions and mushrooms, and a rich chicken fat aroma. But itās not greasy at all, thanks to a slight tanginess in the sauce that perfectly balances out the richness. š āļø Almond Cheesecake This cheesecake is perfect for almond lovers. The cake is coated with almond crumbs, which adds a delightful aroma. The overall cheesecake has a distinct almond flavor. Personally, Iām not a huge fan of almond milk, so I still prefer regular cheesecake. After having these two desserts, I feel like thereās no need to order desserts at Torrisi. Itās better to focus on the appetizers, pasta, and main courses. š° Iām really looking forward to the duck breast thatās exclusive to dinner. I wonder if it will surpass this chicken in my heart. If you go for lunch and the chicken sandwich is available, I highly recommend switching to the chicken main course. Itās way better than the sandwich. Finally, I hope to get a dinner reservation.
