Hey everyone! We meet again! 🌟 It’s always so exciting to explore new places to eat in this amazing city, but sometimes, you find a place that just doesn’t quite live up to the hype. 🌆 Today, I want to share my experience at a chain brunch spot in New York called Jack's Wife Freda. 🍳 📍 226 Lafayette St, New York, NY 10012 (Multiple locations) This place has been on my list for a while because it’s a Mediterranean-American fusion bistro, and I was really curious to see how they blend these two amazing cuisines. 🌊 🌆 When I walked in, the decor was pretty charming. It had this cozy, vintage vibe that made me hopeful for a great meal. But, as they say, looks can be deceiving. 😔 The menu had a decent variety, and I decided to go with their Shakshuka (Eggs in Tomato Sauce). It was decent, I have to admit. 🌟 The eggs were cooked just right, and the tomato sauce had a nice tang to it. But that’s about where the good part ends. 🍳 #NewYork
