📍The Bar Room At the Modern Overall, I had a really great experience here!👍🏻 🔸 Pre-Dinner Bread 🥖 The bread was quite soft and fluffy. The dip was a mix of red oil and sour cream. The red oil tasted a bit like Laoganma (a popular spicy bean paste), but it wasn't very spicy. The overall flavor was pretty average. Rating: ⭐️⭐️ Two stars 🔹 Steak Tartare with Crispy Potatoes I absolutely loved this dish!💕 The steak tartare was perfectly prepared, and the way it combined with the sauce was just amazing. The beef had just the right amount of chewiness, and the crispy potatoes were similar to hash browns but even better—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This combination gets a full score from me!💯 Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars 🔸 Chilled Melon Gazpacho with Peekytoe Crab and Sesame The cantaloupe crab soup 🍈 was served with a separate portion of crab meat, which was then drizzled with the melon broth. I thought the creativity and pairing were really good. The melon soup was refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day. However, I found it a bit too salty, maybe because I’ve been eating lighter foods lately. My friend thought it was just right and not too salty.
