New York Restaurant Exploration | The Fulton 🍴 Breathtaking River Vie
On a Sunday, the restaurant wasn't too crowded. I booked seats on the second floor by the window and was smoothly seated by the window. 🌆 🦪 Oysters I ordered a half dozen – six in total, with three from NY (sweeter) and three from New Zealand (saltier and fresher). 🦪 🦀🥗 Peekytoe Crab Lettuce Cups The crab salad on lettuce leaves was refreshing but not recommended due to the small portion size. 🥬 🐙 Octopus and Fresh Mozzarella The dish was lightly seasoned with lemon, olive oil, and sea salt. The octopus was very fresh and worth a try. 🐙 🥩 Prime NY Strip This dish truly impressed me – a must-order! A large, perfectly cooked medium-rare steak was incredibly tender. The accompanying Salsa Verde sauce complemented it well. The salad with tomatoes and various herbs was a great palate cleanser. The first bite of the salad released such a rich aroma in the mouth – it was like inhaling a bottle of perfume! 🍖 🍟 Side Order of Fries Not recommended, as they were pretty standard and didn't stand out. 🍟 #BreathtakingViewRestaurant #NewYorkFineDining 🌟
