The dishes presented by the restaurant didn't surprise me, but each one is solid and acceptable to everyone. (That's also why it's not as polarizing as Eleven Madison Park) “Steady elegance” is the answer Le Bernardin gives. Amidst the ever-changing landscape of New York restaurants, Le Bernardin has stood strong for over thirty years 🌇. 🎢🍃 It's not a “trend,” but a stable identity confirmation. #NewYork 🌟
