New York Restaurant: Fushimi Williamsburg
Had a meal in Williamsburg over the weekend~I really love the atmosphere in Williamsburg, it always feels more artistic and lively compared to Manhattan~The Japanese fusion restaurant I visited this time was amazing! The ambiance was perfect, and every dish was meticulously prepared with great value for money! Besides sushi and sashimi, they even made aged steak better than some steakhouses, which was a pleasant surprise 👏 ❤️ Sushi and Sashimi Platter: I was amazed by the portion size, we couldn't finish it between two people, and the fish was very fresh, which gets a thumbs up! The Special Roll was also delicious. ❤️ 30-Day Dry-Aged Steak :The best steak I've had recently! I really didn't expect a Japanese fusion restaurant to make such a great steak! The roasted beef marrow inside was also incredible, paired with crispy and soft roasted potato puree, it was so fragrant! ❤️ Black Truffle Roasted Lamb Chops: Slightly less impressive than the steak, but still good overall. ❤️ The appetizers I randomly chose were all great: Tuna Tatare, Salmon Tapas, Alaskan King Crab & Coconut Shrimp (I love this one, the crab meat + shrimp + cucumber slices were so refreshing). #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFun #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodRecommendation
