Highly recommended! ππ Tontoro Wasabi ππππ Japanese pork neck meat with wasabi. The crispy texture is really good! ππΏ Yakiyasai Mori πππ Grilled vegetable platter. A small portion with corn, mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, and onions. Itβs not greasy when paired with grilled meat. π½π Negimeshi ππππ The signature negimeshi (scallion rice with raw egg). Mix the raw egg into the scallion-infused rice with soy sauce at the bottom. It looks simple but tastes great! π³π₯ Taiyaki with Ice Cream ππππ For dessert, we chose taiyaki (red bean-filled fish-shaped pastry) with matcha ice cream. The taiyaki has a warm, soft exterior with red bean filling inside, and the matcha ice cream has just the right sweetness.
