New York Restaurant Review: Chambers - We Break Bread 🍽️
Sesame-Crusted Bread: The bread has sesame seeds on the bottom, but overall, it's just average. 🥪 🌸Squid: The squid is pretty standard, but the texture of the tarragon is quite interesting. 🦑 Veal Sweetbreads: This is my first time trying deer thymus, and it doesn't seem much different from veal sweetbreads. The charcoal aroma is strong, and it's very tender—quite good! 🍖 Snowdance Chicken: Delicious! It's a very standard roast chicken with tender, juicy meat and crispy skin. 🍗 🏙️ New Potatoes: Just okay. The potato shreds are very thin, and the pesto flavor is too strong and salty. 🥔 Mascarpone: The mascarpone is rich and smooth, paired with flaky pastry. The first bite is amazing, but it gets a bit heavy after a while. 🍼 🍃 Overall, it's just average. The summer menu is a bit underwhelming, but the dishes I ordered à la carte were actually pretty good—the roast chicken and deer thymus were both nice. I might come back to try more dishes. 🌟 🌺 Total spent: $200.32, excluding tip. 🌇 Location: 94 Chambers St #1, New York, NY 10007 #Food #NewYork #RestaurantReview 🌆🌟
