New York Restaurant: Shinpi Omakase
New York has seen the opening of several affordable and delicious Omakase restaurants this year. Over the weekend, I visited this new spot near Ktown in Midtown, and I must say, I really enjoyed it! It's been open for a while, and it's impressive that it still has a 5.0 rating on Google 👏 The menu offers two options: a 15-course meal for $139 and an 18-course meal for $169. We opted for the 18-course experience, which included appetizers, sushi, hand rolls, daily specials, and desserts. The menu is very comprehensive, and each dish is exquisite! Especially their Shinpi Special was incredibly delicious 👏 The portions are so generous that you'll leave feeling full and satisfied 😆 Favorite Dishes: ❤️ Shinpi Special: Crispy toast is topped with sea urchin rice and bluefin tuna, then covered with grilled scallops and pickled salmon roe, sprinkled with gold leaf~It's incredibly satisfying with the first bite, and it's also very aesthetically pleasing! ❤️ Hokkaido Sea Urchin with Australian Black Truffle: The sea urchin is sweet and fresh, and the combination with the aroma of black truffle is delightful. ❤️ Kumamoto Oyster + Sea Urchin + Sturgeon Caviar: All my favorite ingredients are combined together~It's very fresh. ❤️ Bluefin Tuna Otoro + Caviar: This dish is also sprinkled with gold leaf, making it glisten~I'll always love Otoro! #100RestaurantExplorationPlan #NewYork #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExplorer #NewYorkJapaneseCuisine #AffordableJapaneseFoodInNewYork #DeliciousJapaneseFoodInNewYork #NewYorkOmakase
