New York Restaurant Week Treasure: Michelin-starred for 60🔪

Friday after work, it’s time for Restaurant Week again! Tonight, we dined at a fine dining restaurant that was newly awarded a Michelin star last year. The Restaurant Week menu offers a 3-course meal for 60🔪, featuring popular dishes from their regular menu, and there are no additional costs for any options. It’s so sincere! 👏 The restaurant’s decor is minimalist and modern, creating a fantastic ambiance for a date! ❤️ Their bread before the meal is truly delicious and deserves special praise. The bread is incredibly fluffy, perfectly toasted on the surface, and filled with roasted olives. Dipped in cream cheese, it’s gone in a flash! ❤️ Beef Carpaccio: For the appetizer, we both chose the Italian beef carpaccio. The raw beef is seasoned with Bagna Cauda sauce, complemented by mushrooms for freshness, and paired with ultra-crispy bread slices. The texture is rich and I love it! ❤️ For the main course, we selected pan-seared sea bass and roasted chicken: The sea bass is very tender, with a refreshingly light seasoning, and comes with pine nuts. The roasted chicken exceeded expectations! The chicken is super juicy! And it’s citrus-marinated, adding a refreshing citrus note 👏 ❤️ The dessert is amazing! Toffee pudding with green apple sorbet, this is a two-person serving and the portion is very generous. The toffee pudding is incredibly fragrant and rich, with caramelized walnuts added, perfect for winter! The green apple sorbet is refreshing and these two pair perfectly together💯 📍 Crown Shy #NewYorkFoodie #NewYorkRestaurants #NewYorkLife #HiddenGemRestaurants #NewYorkFood #NewYorkRestaurantWeek #WhatToEatDuringNYCRestaurantWeek #NewYorkMichelinRestaurant #NewYorkMichelinOneStar #NewYorkDateNightRestaurants #NewYorkAtmosphericRestaurants #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExploration #NewYorkFoodRecommendations #NewYorkFoodStrategy #NewYorkManhattanFood #NewYorkManhattan
