1️⃣ Eight-Treasure Chili Sauce 🥘 This is our favorite! It's stir-fried with a slightly spicy and savory flavor, containing shrimp, dried tofu, peanuts, and green peas, perfect for mixing with noodles or serving with rice 🍜. 2️⃣ Salted and Fresh Braised Dish 🍲 It's the perfect season to enjoy this soup~The saltiness and freshness of the cured meat and bamboo shoots are both simmered into the creamy white broth. A bowl of this warms you right up. 3️⃣ Crab Powder Soup Dumplings 🥟 The crab powder flavor is very prominent and fragrant, and it's not too hot~The skin of the soup dumplings could be made a bit thinner 🤏🏼. 4️⃣ Sanhuang Chicken 🍗 We were initially skeptical about this dish because it looked more like white-cut chicken 🤔. Fortunately, the meat is very tender, especially with the scallion oil dipping sauce, which is very flavorful. 5️⃣ Pan-fried Buns / Fresh Meat Potstickers 🥟 These two taste quite similar, both with a savory and sweet juicy pork filling.
