It's a must-order at every table! (Dipping it in mayonnaise makes it even more delicious) 2️⃣ Dragon Coil Eggplant 🍆 It's my first time seeing this dish at a Chinese restaurant in New York. The exquisitely arranged eggplant is very appetizing~It also contains stir-fried savory minced pork. However, eggplants are oily, so it's a bit heavy to eat. 3️⃣ Twice-Cooked Pork 🥘 The pork belly is stir-fried until it's fragrant and crispy, making it a reliable dish to go with rice. 4️⃣ Braised Pig's Feet 🐷 It has a chewy texture, and the seasoning is very fragrant but also tough on the teeth! If you, like me, prefer something soft and tender, I recommend ordering the Old Mother Pig's Feet Soup~ 5️⃣ Chicken Shreds Buckwheat Noodles 🍜 I really like this refreshing and slightly sweet cold noodle dish!
