The stone pot beef mushroom mixed rice is incredibly fragrant! We loved it so much that we scraped the pot clean. It's mixed at the table, with each grain of rice coated in a thick sauce. There's also a layer of crispy rice at the bottom, and the combination of butter and beef mushroom aroma is simply amazing... We also ordered the following dishes: 1️⃣ Black truffle beef cubes: The large pieces of beef have a subtle truffle fragrance, complemented by the spiciness of black pepper and green chili peppers. The apricot mushrooms are smooth and chewy, and they go incredibly well with the beef. 2️⃣ Salted egg yolk pumpkin: The salted egg yolk crust is thin and crispy on the outside, enclosing the sweet pumpkin inside, creating an irresistible savory-sweet flavor. 3️⃣ Lychee shrimp balls: They have an attractive appearance, but the shrimp paste inside is a bit scant. 4️⃣ Green and red pepper spring chicken: It's super tasty with rice!!
