New York restruant --Dim Sum Garden
1οΈβ£ Black Gold Custard Buns πππππ These can be considered the best custard buns I've had in New York! The skin is incredibly soft, and the inside is filled with a rich salted egg yolk custard sauce that bursts out with just a slight pinch, which caught me off guard. 2οΈβ£ Char Siu Puff & Snow White Char Siu Bun πππππ Both are excellent! The puff has a crust with a strong buttery aroma, which I find even better than the Snow White Char Siu Bun. 3οΈβ£ Purple Rice Shrimp Roll & Shrimp Skin Roll πππππ These two have a similar texture, so you can choose one. I prefer the Shrimp Roll with its soft and glutinous outer skin and crispy inner layer, filled with elastic shrimp meat and refreshing celery grains. 4οΈβ£ Steamed Pork Ribs with Pumpkin & Sauced Phoenix Claws & Black Pepper Beef Tripe πππππ« No need to say more about these three, they are must-orders for dim sum! All are well-prepared and flavorful, with the Phoenix Claws being so tender that they fall off the bone with a mere touch. 5οΈβ£ Mandarin Duck Shao Mai πππππ« Contains two scallops and two abalones. The filling of their shao mai is incredibly fragrant! The ratio of pork, mushrooms, and shrimp is just right, and I prefer the scallops. π΄Dim Sum Garden 135-05 40th Rd, Queens, NY 11354 #Dim Sum Garden #New York#food diary
