🦐 The Tom Yum Goong fried rice itself is very flavorful, with a sour and spicy taste. It also has crispy eggs, large shrimp, and scallops. Combined with the soft and oily beef marrow, it's impossible to put down the chopsticks!! 🦀 The crab meat fried rice incredibly delicious, with a lot of wok hei (the breath of the wok). With every bite, you can enjoy the full flavor of snow crab meat and eggs!! Mixed with Thai fish sauce chili sauce, it's super fragrant and appetizing. We also ordered the following dishes: 1️⃣ Oysters: They come with strawberry pieces, giving it a very refreshing taste, but they are too small to be satisfying. 2️⃣ Grilled pork belly: It's super fragrant! The grilled pork belly is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sourness of lime and the saltiness of fish sauce complement each other, making it both greasy and very stimulating to the taste buds. 3️⃣ Crying tiger steak: The ribeye steak is pan-fried to be very tender. The overall seasoning is similar to the grilled pork belly, so you can choose one or the other. 4️⃣ Mushroom pad cha: This is also a must-order for my vegetarian dishes.
