New York Revisit: Two-Michelin-Star César 🌟

I went back to César in early August to try their new menu. The experience wasn’t as good as it was in May. 🌿🌟 I could see why people on social media mentioned the service wasn’t great. The sommelier’s service was pretty average. At one point, while clearing bread crumbs, they accidentally scraped my friend’s pants! 😂 🌿🌟 The uni was smaller, and the presentation wasn’t as refined. It felt like many of the dishes were cooked on a teppanyaki grill, and the seasoning was way too salty. 😕We didn’t plan to order wine initially, but the dishes were so salty that we ended up needing it. I was really looking forward to the soufflé, but I wasn’t a big fan of the corn flavor. 🌿🌟 After the meal, they didn’t even offer the menu for us to look at.
