New York's First Sea Urchin Pasta: 15 EAST @ Tocqueville
New York's dining scene is becoming increasingly competitive, with many impressive Japanese-French fusion restaurants emerging in the past two years. Last weekend, I dined at a rather hidden gem of a Japanese-French fusion fine dining restaurant, and my only thought after the meal was: how has this place not become popular yet? It's on par with Michelin-starred French cuisine in every aspect! đ I must arrange a second visit before it becomes the talk of the town! I heard that this is the first restaurant in New York to serve sea urchin pasta, and it was truly astonishing. We opted for the 3-course menu, and every dish was excellent! Additionally, the overall ambiance of the restaurant is superb, with fresh flowers, candleholders, and crystal chandeliers, creating the perfect date night atmosphere. â¤ď¸ Sea Urchin Pasta: This dish is unforgettable! The sea urchin is incredibly fresh and sweet, paired with Angel Hair pasta and a very creamy sauce, it's simply divine! â¤ď¸ Foie Gras and Black Truffle Tea Bowl Steamed Egg: As soon as the lid is lifted, the aroma of seared foie gras and black truffle fills the air. The steamed egg is smooth and tender, a combination that never gets old. â¤ď¸ Maine Lobster Rice: The lobster meat is tender and bouncy, served with purple rice and Thai curry sauce, offering a rich tapestry of flavors. #FlavorfulCities #NewYork #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFun #HiddenGemRestaurant #NewYorkFoodExplorer #ManhattanNYCFood #NewYorkFrenchCuisine
