New York's Korean Restaurant: Gori - Anto Korean Steak House

I'm leaving for my home country soon and before I left New York, I had the chance to dine at a newly opened Korean Fine Dining restaurant! It's called Gori, located on the second floor of Anto, a place I've revisited countless times. It's their new Chef's Counter, and after dining there, I must say it was incredibly delicious! With a total of ten courses, the value for money is incredibly high! They have all the signature dishes like roast duck, Wagyu beef, sea urchin rice, and grilled eel, and the restaurant's ambiance is fantastic! This value really surpasses most Fine Dining experiences in New York 👏 Among the ten courses, my favorites were: ❤️ Dry-Aged Roast Duck: Their roast duck is truly the No. 1 🦆 in my heart in New York! The skin is crispy and the meat is tender. The duck, dry-aged for ten days, has a full flavor, and paired with the caramel sauce, it's sweet and not greasy, bursting with juice 💯 ❤️ Sea Urchin and Caviar Mixed Rice: This dish is really generous in portion. A small pot for two looks like it's filled with a whole box of sea urchin~When mixed into the rice, it's incredibly fragrant. ❤️ Wagyu Beef Grill: Also a signature of the house, the beef juice is amazing, and the grilled eggplant that comes with it enriches the taste. ❤️ Grilled Eel and Mushroom Risotto: It's the grilled eel I love so much! The sauce of the risotto is very creamy, and the grilled mushrooms that come with it are also very fresh~ #NewYorkFood #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExplorer #ManhattanNYCFood #KoreanFoodNYC #NewYorkBBQ #KoreanBBQ #KoreanRestaurantNYC
