New York's Modern Korean Restaurant: 8282
The restaurant is not very large, but it has an impressive Google rating of 4.8! After dining there, I really loved it. It's truly an affordable hidden gem! 👏 This place offers a fusion of Korean cuisine with many creative dishes. I blindly ordered a table full of dishes and none were disappointing! The value for money is also very touching, with an average cost per person of around $50. You must come and eat here before it becomes popular! 😆 ❤️ PERILLA OIL PASTA: Perilla oil crab meat pasta, it's so delicious!! The Angel Hair Pasta has a bouncy and tender texture, mixed with perilla seed oil, crab meat, sesame seaweed, and perilla leaves, the taste is incredibly rich! It was gobbled up by us in no time. ❤️ 8282 STEAK: The steak is stewed until it's very tender and flavorful, then grilled again, it's amazing! The accompanying sweet potato puree is also fragrant and sweet, incredibly tasty! ❤️ JJAJANG BORI-BAP: Black truffle scallops, the scallops are quite large and pan-fried to perfection! Underneath is a black truffle black bean paste, this combination is really great~ ❤️ SALMON AVOCADO BOMB: A creative appetizer, with a sweet and sour beet sauce on top, underneath is half a sphere of avocado wrapped in lettuce with salmon, also paired with beet chips, it's fantastic! #AfterWorkDrink #NewYork #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExploration #ManhattanFood #NewYorkFoodRecommendations #EastVillageFood
