New York's New Light Fare
Stumbled upon this newly opened light fare spot in the East Village over the weekend, and I must say, it was delicious enough to bring tears to my eyes! No wonder it's become a super popular Instagram spot just 20 days after opening! It's rare to find a light salad that suits the Asian palate so well, and I would be more than happy to eat here every day 😍 Please, open a branch in Midtown soon, us workers really need it 🥹 ❤️ The O.G: The signature bowl is a fantastic combination! I chose Salmon, which turned out to be similar to a Japanese poke bowl. Brown rice with greens as the base, topped with various vegetables, salmon, avocado, and crunch, it's heavenly when mixed together! I love the sauce, it's refreshing and not greasy at all. ❤️ Braised Beef: This bowl is perfect for the Asian palate! It's a healthier version of braised beef, and you can choose from a variety of vegetables, brown rice, and nuts to create a rich and tasty meal. The line was long, but it moved pretty quickly. We started at the end of the long queue at the entrance and got to the front in just 20 minutes. ❤️ The miso salmon on the menu also looks incredibly appetizing. #NewYork #NewYorkFunAndDine #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExploration #NewYorkSalads #NewYorkLightFare #WhatToEatInNewYork #NewYorkNewRestaurants
