Today I visited Yezo, a Thai Izakaya. The atmosphere of this street-side shop is so cozy, with that soft, warm lighting that just makes you feel right at home. ππ π I ordered a few dishes that I really enjoyed and would highly recommend: π Salmon Clay Pot This dish was super fragrant as soon as it arrived. The clay pot was steaming just right. The salmon was tender and flaked apart easily with a gentle stir. The rice, soaked in the flavorful broth, was so smooth and satisfyingβwho could resist a bowl of this salmon rice? π½οΈ π² Sukiyaki Hot Pot Perfect for winter, the broth has a sweet taste, that gentle sweetness typical of sukiyaki. It becomes even smoother after adding an egg. π The vegetables and thinly sliced meat absorb the broth and taste amazing.
