New York | Seafood Buffet: Autumn's First Hot Pot Experience

🔥I opted for a hot pot dinner at Sanqixiang Seafood Buffet, which I had enjoyed earlier this year and found quite delightful. It's considered excellent among buffet hot pot places. The variety of dishes is abundant, and most notably, the sashimi platter and oysters are unlimited! For those who love sashimi, it's really a great deal!🔥 🔥In terms of meat, the beef tongue and freshly sliced beef are both good. For seafood, there are well-prepared large blue crabs and various shellfish that look quite fresh. Of course, my favorite is still the sashimi plus swimming shrimp! The swimming shrimp here is incredibly fresh; they are served with their legs still moving, making them exceptional for hot pot. We ordered four rounds of shrimp. The sashimi appears to be of good quality, especially the salmon, which is quite plump and delicious.🔥 🔥We also added sea urchin for $12 for two, which is quite a good value.🔥The service is quite good; it feels like the waitstaff are always attentive to see if we need to order more dishes. Drawbacks: The quality of the sliced meat is average. The salmon sashimi is average, and the oysters have a bit of a fishy taste.
