New York Seasonal Chaos (1)๐ฌ๏ธ
Thankfully, this bowl of oxtail soup noodles came to the rescue! I found myself back at The Tang once again, and the revamped menu is even better than before! ๐ฅน ๐ Main Dishes Red-Braised Beef Noodles: Large chunks of beef, bok choy, and a soft-boiled egg โ a perfect combination of color, aroma, and flavor. It's like I finally found the reference picture I was tricked into by a master's instant noodles when I was a kid! ๐ Drunken Noodles: Not spicy but incredibly fragrant, with every bite of beef shank and sauce being satisfying. ๐ Bone Broth Oxtail Noodles: The broth, made with white radish and bones, is light and refreshing. The oxtail meat is tender and chewy. ๐ Sesame Chicken Shreds Noodles: Neatly arranged chicken shreds, radish shreds, and cucumber shreds โ the sesame sauce adds a rich, layered flavor when mixed. ๐ โ ๏ธ The noodles can get sticky when cold! Zundu worked really hard to finish just half. Those who finish are true warriors. The toppings are worth taking home separately. #NYCExploration #NYCEatDrinkPlay ๐๐
