📣 New York Shanghai Time

📍 273 W 38th St, New York, NY 10018 🌟 Shanghai Fresh Meat Buns Four buns for just 4🔪 – a real bargain! They’re pretty big, and the ones straight out of the oven smell amazing. The skin is flaky and layered, and the meat inside is juicy. Love it! 🥢 🌟 Special Fried Buns One bun for just 1🔪! This place serves some of the best I’ve had in New York. The skin is thinner than most, and it’s juicy! You need to eat it like a soup dumpling – pierce a hole and drink the juice first. The buns are perfectly fried, not greasy at all. Highly recommended! 🥟 🌟 Shanghai Vegetarian Duck – 10.95🔪 It’s rare to find this in other places – usually, it’s just gluten. I love the vegetarian duck; it’s very authentic! The tofu skin is filled with mushrooms, giving it a great flavor. 🍖 🌟 Shepherd’s Purse and Shredded Chicken Stir-Fried Rice Cake – 14.95 🔪 The rice cake here is super soft! You have to try the shepherd’s purse version – it’s the real deal for a Shanghai taste. The portion is pretty generous too! 🍲 🌟 Sweet and Sour Fish Fillets – 19.95 🔪 Better than I expected! The sauce isn’t too thick, and it’s not as sweet as I thought it would be. The fish is very tender – perfect for introducing to non-Chinese food lovers. 🐟 🌟 Sauce-Braised Pig Liver with Noodles – 14.95 🔪 I suggest paying extra for the noodles without broth. The sauce is amazing – the pig liver is delicious and nutritious! It would be even better with plain noodles. The noodles here are thick, which isn’t my favorite type. 🍜 #WeekendEats #NewYorkFood 🌃🌟
