It’s the kind of dish that makes you want to dig in with gusto 🤤 The rice is soaked in broth, each bite is packed with umami. It got a bit salty towards the end, but because it’s so fragrant, I still wanted to keep eating. I’d go back for the aroma alone many times over. 🔸 Octopus in Oil PULPO A FEIRA 🐙💦 This octopus has a soft and slightly chewy texture, coated in oil. The outside has a bit of a charred aroma. It’s incredibly addictive, and the taste of the sea lingers in your mouth.
