New York Subway Expands 24/7 Help — 15 Stations Will Offer Full Assistance By 2026

MTA just announced that it will be expanding its Customer Service Centers, with 24/7 assistance, to **15 new stations by the beginning of 2026**. Riders will be able to ask a staff member for in-person service information or aid whenever they need it. All centers, besides St George (only open Monday to Friday from 5:30am to 9pm), offer 24/7 service.
