🍶 Last year, Dassai opened its Dassai Blue distillery and tasting room in Hyde Park, New York. This unique spot blends sake with traditional Japanese architecture. 🌟 🏫 Designed by the renowned Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects in collaboration with Jun Mitsui, the distillery cost a whopping $80 million and spans 55,000 square feet. 🏰 💡 Visitors need to sign up in advance for a tour & tasting session.
