New York Sushi AMANE 🍣

📍 245 E 44th St, New York, NY 10017 I stumbled upon Sushi AMANE on a spontaneous evening, and it turns out it’s a hidden gem with a Michelin one-star rating! 🌟 🌟The restaurant is tucked away in the basement of another Japanese eatery, making it a bit of a treasure hunt to find. I arrived a bit late, but the chef was incredibly accommodating and made sure we didn’t miss out on any courses. 😅 I can’t recall the exact types of fish in the small dishes and nigiri sushi, but overall, everything felt really fresh. The portions were a bit too big for me, but you can always ask the chef for a smaller portion of rice. 🌟 Overall, it was a decent experience. I don’t regret trying it, but I probably won’t be back. #NewYork 🌃
