New York Sushi AMANE 🍣

I recently tried out Sushi AMANE in New York, and here’s my take! 🗺️ Apparently, it’s not quite as amazing as when Chef Shion was at the helm, but it’s still a solid choice for sushi lovers! 🤓 I definitely recommend giving his new place a try when you have the chance. Who knows, you might just discover a new favorite spot! 🍣 Overall, the experience at Sushi AMANE feels pretty stable and reliable. The quality of the ingredients is decent, and considering the price range, it’s actually a pretty good deal. 🌟 🍣However, I have to say that the “Twist Omakase” feels a bit overpriced. The flavors are generally on the milder side, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea. 🍵 But hey, the sushi rice is perfectly seasoned and served at just the right temperature. It’s a comforting and enjoyable meal from start to finish. 🍙 That being said, while the whole experience is quite pleasant and comfortable, it lacks standout highlights.
