🌟 Appetizers 1️⃣ Uni Chawanmushi (Sea Urchin Steamed Egg) 2️⃣ Cod Milt 3️⃣ Monkfish Liver 4️⃣ Grilled Tachiuo (Cutlassfish) 5️⃣ Fried Oysters with Hairy Crab Sauce 6️⃣ Aromatic Box Crab with Crab Roe The ingredients for the appetizers were all top-notch like the cod milt and monkfish liver from Hokkaido, and the crab from Akita, but unfortunately, the kitchen's handling was a bit lacking. The fish liver fell apart and turned bitter, and the skin of the grilled cutlassfish was soft and limp. It wasn't bad, but it could have been better. 🌟 Sushi 1️⃣ Sayori (Needlefish) 2️⃣ Kinmedai (Splendid Alfonsino) 3️⃣ Kohada (Gizzard Shad) 4️⃣ Akami (Red Tuna) 5️⃣ Saba (Mackerel) 6️⃣ Trochus Shell (a complimentary piece, which was delicious) 7️⃣ Mirugai (Giant Clam) 8️⃣ Kuruma Ebi (Japanese Tiger Prawn) 9️⃣ Kurodai (Black Snapper) 🔟 Toro (Fatty Tuna) 1️⃣1️⃣ Uni (Sea Urchin) 1️⃣2️⃣ Tamago (Egg Omelette): The caramelized tamago was so fragrant. My friend got drunk, and while he wasn't looking, I ate his piece. The chef saw and gave me another one, so I ended up eating three pieces of tamago that night haha #NewYork 🌇
