In a way, we've tasted the essence of the Sushi God's craft. 🍣 If you ask me which Omakase can truly satisfy your hunger, this is the place! The best word to describe it is “down-to-earth.” There are no appetizers; you dive straight into the sushi. With a total of 22 courses, including dessert, even those with smaller appetites might feel a bit full by the end. 🍱 🎢 The focus here is on the natural flavors of the ingredients, with subtle seasoning. The freshness is top-notch. 🌸I really enjoyed their sushi rice, which has a strong vinegar flavor that pairs perfectly with the fatty fish, effectively cutting through any richness. #NewYork 🗽
