👉🏼 Miso Crispy Chilean Sea Bass: The texture of the fish and the green apple blends very well. 👉🏼 Ultimate Toro: It's incredibly fragrant! The addition of black truffle makes the flavor even richer, and the little chili pepper adds a nice zing. Appetizers: 👉🏼 Spanish Octopus: The octopus legs are twice as big as usual 🐙! The texture is tender, soft, and chewy, and both dipping sauces are good. 👉🏼 Crispy Rice Sushi: Topped with spicy tuna paste and caviar, it's served with little chili peppers and avocado sauce for a rich texture. Desserts: The lava cake we wanted to have was sold out 🥲. The ice cream sandwich was average.
