🌺 New York Sushi Sho

Sushi Sho has opened its second location in New York, but it's so popular that I couldn't get a reservation there despite multiple attempts. 🌟 I had planned a trip to Hawaii and managed to book a table at Sushi Sho there in advance. I was really looking forward to it! 😚 And it was indeed amazing. The octopus leg was so fresh — even better than the one at Junsik. 🦑 It reminded me of when I was in college and ordered an octopus leg in the village, only to have it burnt. I was so disappointed! 😭 The chef was really funny. He saw my Crayon Shin-chan phone case and started chatting with me, asking if I had ever been to Japan 🇯🇵 and about life in New York. He said New York is just too fast-paced for him, while Hawaii feels too slow. 🌴 He even gave me a special way to contact him, saying he hopes to see me in New York someday. At the end of the meal, he added uni, octopus, and taro as extra treats. 🍣 And guess what? There was no tip required. It was such a pleasant experience compared to so many places in New York. I'll definitely be going back next time I'm in Hawaii! 🌺 #NewYork #NewYorkStoreExploration
