New York Szechuan Gourmet 🌆
Szechuan Gourmet 📍21 W 39th St 🍃1⃣️ Fish-Flavored Eggplant Boxes 🌟 The eggplant boxes are just okay, but the sauce is really yummy! The combination of sweet, sour, and savory flavors in the sauce makes it a standout dish. 🍲 2⃣️ Roast Duck It’s pretty good. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender, though it could use a bit more seasoning to really bring out the flavors. 🍗 🎢 3⃣️ Boiling Fish My friend couldn’t eat sea fish, so we switched the catfish slices for perch. I don’t know if it’s because of the different fish, but I thought it was quite average. The broth was flavorful, but the fish itself didn’t stand out much. 🍖 4⃣️ Pumpkin Cakes 🌟 They’re not too sweet and not too greasy, which is great! The texture is soft and the pumpkin flavor is just right. A perfect dessert for those who don’t want something overly heavy. 🎂 5⃣️ Mushroom and Chinese Cabbage It’s decent. The mushrooms add a nice earthy flavor, and the Chinese cabbage is fresh and crisp. Nothing too special, but a solid side dish. 🥬 #NewYork 🌊
