New York Tapas Bar 🍷

The closest thing to Spain in New York! 🌆 As the saying goes, “Celebrate often to succeed.” So, to mark our one-year anniversary of landing in Barcelona, we decided to head to Txikito, a hidden gem of a Spanish-inspired tapas bar in New York. 😄 When we walked in, the cozy atmosphere immediately transported us to a charming Barcelona street-side tavern. The menu was a delightful mix of traditional and innovative dishes. We started with fried shrimp 🦐, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The ham with artichoke was a delightful combination of rich flavors, and the roasted beef cheek was so tender it melted in our mouths. The octopus legs marinated in olive oil were a standout, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. And of course, we couldn't miss the seafood paella, which was bursting with fresh, flavorful ingredients. 🍛 The sangria was a refreshing blend of fruits and wine, perfect for sipping while enjoying the lively atmosphere. The accompanying white wine was also a great choice, complementing the dishes beautifully. 🍇 The best part? The average cost was under $100 💪. The cost-performance ratio and flavors were way better than some of the more well-known places like Casa Mono. This place truly offers amazing value for the quality of food and experience. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️ #DiscoveringHiddenGems #NewYorkLife #SpanishFlavors #Txikito 🌟
