New York Thai Cuisine | Thep Thai 🌟
🌿🌟I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed—so much so that I’d say it was a major letdown for Thai food. In my opinion, the flavors of all the dishes were just average to below average. 😔 1⃣️ Park Mor 🌿🌟This was one of the more normal-tasting dishes. The butterfly pea flower dumpling wrapper had a chewy, bouncy texture similar to Vietnamese spring roll skin, and it was filled with crushed peanuts. There wasn’t much spice flavor, and the dish was overall quite sweet, mainly highlighting the texture of the peanut filling. 🥟 2⃣️ Pad Kee Mao This was the least impressive dish I’ve had so far. It wasn’t bad, but it couldn’t compare to any other Thai food I’ve tried. The seasoning was just ordinary sweet and sour, but it lacked aroma. 🌿🌟 The dish was a bit mushy overall, even though there was plenty of seafood, which was of decent quality but completely flavorless. Eating the seafood on its own was bland. 🍲 #NewYork #ThaiCuisine 🌟🌟
