New York | Thai Cuisine: 11 Tigers

The East Village never ceases to surprise; with the good weather on the weekend, I found a hidden gem of a Thai restaurant while strolling around. This place combines many Japanese culinary elements with Thai cuisine, and their ramen fusion with Thai flavors is exceptionally delicious! The uni and wagyu are also great~ The restaurant is located on the second floor, and the entrance on the first floor is quite unassuming, almost making you miss it. But once you go upstairs, it's a whole different world. The interior is super cool!! With many tiger elements, the ambiance is perfect for dates. 🔥 11 Tigers Tom Yum Ramen💯 Lobster tom yum soup ramen that really combines Thai elements with ramen well👏 The tom yum soup is quite authentic, and paired with grilled lobster, it's fantastic. 🔥 11 Tigers Wagyu Steak💯 A5 wagyu steak donburi, which is overall very tasty. 🔥 Black Panther Curry💯 Squid ink noodles paired with Thai curry and braised beef, surprisingly a great match! 🔥 Stone Grilled Ribeye A divine combination of wagyu, uni, and caviar, who could resist! 🔥 Tuna Rice Cracker💯 Bluefin tuna laid on crispy Rice Crackers, seasoned with truffle salt, loved it! #HatsOffToThisMeal #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExploration #ManhattanEats
