Appetizers: 1️⃣ Fried Duck Egg Salad with a runny yolk, the taste is rich with sour, sweet, salty, and spicy flavors. 2️⃣ Satay Prawns with a sauce that is very fragrant, with a strong aroma of nuts. 3️⃣ Citrus-Marinated Scallops with a texture that is soft, tender, and sweet. 4️⃣ Spicy and sour grilled ox tongue is super appetizing (very spicy!). 5️⃣ Grilled squid that is crispy and chewy, it was the first dish to be finished. 6️⃣ Mushroom salad also seasoned with sour and spicy flavors, it has a meaty texture. Main Courses: 1️⃣ Pork Neck Meat Over Rice is a must-order!!! You'll know how delicious it is when you taste it! The meat is crispy, tender, and has the aroma of charcoal, it goes incredibly well with the fried garlic rice. 2️⃣ Lobster Black Pepper Glutinous Rice is also very tasty... The spiced glutinous rice cake is crispy and sticky, and it's loved even on its own. 3️⃣ Curried Sea Bass is very flavorful, the sauce is so good with rice that you won't want to leave a single grain. Desserts: 1️⃣ Coconut dessert is amazing!! It's incredibly delicious!!
