New York Tsubame 🌟
10 Pieces of Sushi 🌿 I can’t remember all the fish we had, but the best was definitely the botan ebi. It was so sweet it felt like it was taking off! 😍 I was so happy to try white shrimp for the first time. The mackerel was also really good. The last piece of uni was horse conch from Toyosu, but I didn’t think it was particularly sweet (am I too picky? 😝). 🍮 Water Dish The white peach panna cotta was surprisingly delicious—it felt like summer. It wasn’t too sweet, but the dairy flavor was strong. 🍈 Ended with a cup of matcha 🍵 Overall, you can feel the chef’s dedication to the ingredients. So, $225 for 17 courses is pretty reasonable in New York. The only thing I’d complain about is the dining environment—it’s really basic and lacks any birthday ceremony vibe.🥹 🌿 On Tock, you have to prepay, and the 20% tip is automatically included with no option to adjust. #NewYorkBirthdayRestaurant #NYCFood 🌇🌿
