New York Twin Tails (2)
🔸 Peanut Ginger Chicken Skewers Average | The chicken slices were a bit dry, and the accompanying peanut sauce wasn’t very fragrant. I’d suggest skipping this one. 🍖 🔸 Red Curry Seabass Not bad | I initially thought it would be a watery curry, but it came as a leaf-wrapped package. It was a bit confusing at first, but once I opened it, the fish inside was quite good. The seasoning had a nice kick, though seabass can be a bit fishy, so it depends on personal preference. 🐟 🔸 Mango Sticky Rice Average | I wouldn’t recommend this. The portion is small, and I found it not sweet enough. The glutinous rice wasn’t very soft either. I prefer my rice to be more sticky and tender. 🍓 🔸 Ube Cream Caramel Average | This was a complimentary dessert. Personally, I didn’t enjoy it. We only took a couple of bites. The flavor was off, and the ube didn’t have any sweetness. It relied heavily on caramel for sweetness, which I’m not a big fan of. 🍮 I’ll list the drinks together: 🔸 Pom Pom Spritz Not bad | A citrusy cocktail that was quite refreshing. 🍋 🔸 Bangkok Screwdriver Bitter and not very enjoyable (I think I got the name right). 🥤 🔸 Sancerre White wine | Very good and highly recommended! 🍷 🔸 Salted Lychee Martini Not bad | A unique twist on a classic cocktail. 🍸 There were still so many dishes I didn’t get to try, like the roast duck and pad thai. I’m planning to visit again, but it’s a bit pricey. I’d recommend sticking to their wine selection and avoiding the cocktails. The average cost per person is over $100. It’s a great spot for a date or a business dinner. #TheAtmosphereHereIsAmazing #ThaiCuisine 🌟
