New York Udon Buffet Heaven ๐ŸŒŸ

My friend took me to this place called Sanuki Udon, and it was a foodieโ€™s dream come true! ๐ŸŒบ Itโ€™s right next to NYU, so convenient that you can get there in just a few steps after class. I personally think the udon here is on par with what youโ€™d find on the streets of Japan. ๐Ÿœ This is New Yorkโ€™s first udon buffet bar, where you can add whatever toppings you want! From tempura shrimp and vegetables to cheese-stuffed zucchini, the variety is overwhelming in the best way. ๐Ÿค The udon is freshly cooked to order, with chewy and smooth noodles. The broth is freshly simmered every day, showcasing true craftsmanship. I had the Beef Udon, which was so delicious! I highly recommend the Thai Chicken Udonโ€”itโ€™s tangy and refreshing. The Beef Udon has rich meaty flavors, and the Eel Udon is incredibly sweet and savory! ๐Ÿ– The buffet style lets you take as much as you want, so no more decision fatigue! I absolutely loved the mochi, which was perfect when soaked in the udon broth. For around $20, you can indulge in all the udon you want. What a great way to end the day after class! ๐ŸŒŸ ๐Ÿ’ก Tip: There can be lines during peak hours, so try to go off-peak if you can! ๐Ÿ•’ ๐Ÿ“ Address: Near NYU (Check the map for exact location) ๐Ÿ—ฝ #AmericanCollegeLife ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ
