New York | Una Pizza Napoletana - Open Only Three Days a Week
I heard that Una Pizza Napoletana in the East Village of New York is ranked as the world's number one pizza restaurant alongside I Masanielli di Francesco Martucci in the Caserta area of southern Italy, so I immediately arranged to check it out. This restaurant is only open for business three days a week, from 5-10 PM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. It's quite exclusive! Reservations open on Resy 14 days in advance at 9 am, and we managed to snag a reservation two weeks in advance with an alarm set (usually, you can book a table within the first two or three minutes after 9 am). It's definitely the most anticipated meal of our weekend~ 🌟Margherita 💯 There aren't many menu options, and this is considered one of the signature pizzas. We added Pepperoni to the toppings. It's a classic Italian tomato pizza with simple ingredients but truly exceptional craftsmanship. The tomato sauce is perfectly balanced, sweet and tangy, and the amount of cheese is well-controlled, so it's not at all greasy. The Pizza Dough here is truly amazing, soft yet chewy, filled with the aroma of Firewood! 🌟Special Pizza 💯 There's a different Special Pizza every day, and tonight's was delicious. The crust is still amazing, and the walnuts added to the toppings were very fragrant after being roasted! #NewYork #NewYorkLife #FoodExploration #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkFoodExploration #ManhattanFoodie #EastVillageNYC #EastVillageEats
