π Grilled Mastic Octopus β These plump grilled octopus legs have a strong charcoal aroma. However, the accompanying hummus was way too tangy for my taste. π π Lamb Shank β This was delicious! The lamb shank is seasoned lightly but falls apart easily. The orzo risotto below is super flavorful and a perfect match. π β Grilled Branzino β The roasted sea bass was just okay. It lacked seasoning and was incredibly bland. A squeeze of lemon would have helped a lot. The dish comes with a lot of potatoes, but overall, itβs pretty average. π β Maras Dondurma β This Turkish ice cream has a sticky texture and a slightly grainy mouthfeel (like powdered milk). Itβs a bit sweet, and the portion is huge with two scoops. Itβs best shared among friends for a light taste. π¦ There are many Mediterranean restaurants on Manhattan, but Turkish ones are rare.
